Hi, we recently implemented RU on 14 PCs on Windows 7. All works fine until yesterday, all of sudden on this morning it does not work on one PC. Host icon on tray disappeared. I can access host settings through start menu. I tried to kill the process, start host again, didn't work. Also reboot the computer twice, still not working. Viewer side showing black screen, and saying connection was interrupted. I now will try to remove and reinstall host on this PC, but before remove the application I want to hear any suggestion and reason why because if it happens a lot, then it will be an issue. Please advise.

Thank you for your post.
It may look like antivirus software activity and/or Host program files got corrupted somehow. Yes, you need to re-install the program. Make sure that you completely uninstall first, as described here https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/installing-and-uninstalling/#uninstall-host
When installing, you can try our new beta release, or install the stable version.
