Running Version 6.3.0.6 and every time Windows 10 has a version update I lose the ability to connect to any of my remotes.  The ID gets removed and the configuration seems to get defaulted.  Is anyone else having or seen this issue and is there a fix. Each time I have to figure out a different way to connect and get a new ID reset the password, and my server address because I run my own connection server locally.

Hello Kerry,

This is a known issue and it has been fixed in version 6.5 which is now in beta. Currently, beta 1 is available on the site for download, but today we are going to make beta 2 available, which is very close to what final release will be.

Meanwhile, for version 6.3.0.6 and older we provide this solution https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/windows-10-upgrade-issue/

Hope that helps.
