I am trying to install Viewer 6.5 for the 1st time, and this error constantly pops up, but with a different file name missing each time.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or what causes this?

Hello Paul,

Thank you for the information.

You probably need to fix msi on your computer. Here is a fixing tool from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Let me know if it worked out for you. Thanks.

Thank you for the response. I tried running this program, but it did not list "Remote Utilities" under programs I was trying to install. Should I run the installer then try that troubleshooter?

Thanks for this info. Only issue is that when I select "Not Listed" the troubleshooter just ends, and I can not enter "{112E8D96-20F6-41CB-A1F2-C0E3A9ADD3BE}" anywhere.

Thanks for the video, and that is exactly what happens when I use the "Uninstall" feature of the program, but when I use the "Install" option, I choose "Not Listed", and then it pops up saying "Couldn't Identify Problem".

Also, I tried installing the Host program but still having this issue. =/

Hello Paul,

Yes, indeed strange. Maybe we can have a remote session then then next time you are in front of your Host PC? Could you please send a support ticket and I'll instruct you further.

Thanks and Happy New Year!
