When choose to blank my hosts screen, the host screen goes blank for a couple of seconds, then turns back on.
Both laptops are running Windows 10 home.
Please can you help me with this, as I can't use it without this feature enabled. This feature was the reason I chose remoteutilities, but it doesn't even work!?
Why advertise a feature that doesn't work?!?

Hello Lee,
Thank you for your message.
If these are laptops the feature might indeed not work correctly due to the way the blank screen mechanism and monitor driver work in Windows 10. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it.

It actually does work. You just have to disable the display drivers on the host computer first.

@Lee Webster
what do you mean Disable and what driver to disable, Do you disable the autorun feature in servers taskbar then properties or leave it to On Demand Really need to get this working. Do you run into the problem is if someone touches the mouse or keyboard and the black screen goes away even if someone does not it just stays on for a brief second? Do you get such problems when trying to run lock host mouse and keyboard to prevent the blank screen from going away? Seems like even that does not work also.
