Problem with blank screen

Windows XP display shows blank screen but when we connect it via remote utility it turns to normal mode and the display shows output. In addition, blank screen menu is not activated. What is the solution to this issue?

You are trying to use the blank remote screen feature, correct? Did you enable the option of installing the monitor driver during Host installation?
