Remote utilites wont see connections

For some reason I cant see the computers to login to even when on line are you people having a server issue with directions of the ID ?
they are showing offline but they are not?

Not a single downtime for very long. Try to ping id.remoteutilities.com in the command line - do you receive any response?

It came back up , was down for about 1/2 here here but working now.

tte reason why there was no connection was due to a HUGE fiber line being cut effecting millions in the USA
