Hello,
the setting is enabled in viewer properties (Tick on Capture Sound, Volume: max), but still no sound on the viewer
Both host and viewer running 6.9.1.0 version.
Host - 64 bit, OS, Win 10 Pro 1709 build
Viewer - 64 bit OS, Win 10 Pro 1803 build

File Transfer, task manager, remote registry, remote execute terminal and so on are working, RDP - doesn't

Thank you for the details.
It should be noted that RDP is not a generic Remote Utilities mode. RU simply runs the microsoft RDP client when you run this mode.
Perhaps, you meant Remote Utilities' own Full Control and View mode. If this is the Full Control mode that doesn't work for you, I recommend that you refer to this knowledge base article for help.
That said, in version 6.9.1.0 Beta 2 we will update the sound capture mechanism to improve its performance.

RU FullControl is working just fine, except that doesn't capture any sound. You asked me what is working and what doesn't, that's why e mentioned RDP (i know it's а win's built-in feature)

Did you happen to see my post Can't get reliable sound capture ?
I wonder if what you are experiencing is similar to me, in that sound seems not to work depending on the upload speed. Are you on a LAN or internet connection?

The capture sound mode will be improved in the beta 2 due in a couple of weeks.

Well i waited patiently for beta 2, for some reason it didn't came out.
Now we have official 6.9.4 and sound capture still doesn't work. Shame on you.
