It seems a very bad idea it's a big message and I can not read anything underneath it
I want to hide or remove it to see what my kids are doing or who steal my info from my pc

The video mode feature has been discontinued and will no longer be available. As for the message banner in previous versions, it is a necessary precaution against unauthorized use of the software to breach into someone else's privacy.
