Hello Greg,
Thank you for your message.
Do you have any accessibility features enabled? Namely, the ones on the Ease of Access -> Display section of Windows settings.

I double checked and all accessibility features are turned off. The program seems to work fine. I just wanted to try adjusting CPU settings to see if it could increase performance a little. I'm used to my desktop which makes the Surface Pro 3 seem pretty slow.

Hi Greg,
Still, your font and spacing looks strange on this image. Perhaps, you have DPI settings other than the default? Or maybe some sort of scaling is enabled.

Conrad, you were right, the Surface Pro 3 has a native resolution 2160 x 1440 and a default setting to magnify most items to 150% so you can see them. Setting it to 100% made the Color and CPU menu display properly. I made my adjustments then set it back to 150%. Thanks for the tip, I hadn't thought of that.
