Why do I sometimes have to deactivate the upper case lock so that in the remote I can write in capital letters?

Yes, I mean the local keyboard.
I have verified that if the CAPS LOCK key is activated on the remote keyboard, for a document on the remote computer to write to me in lowercase, I have to activate CAPS LOCK on my local keyboard.
How can i fix this?

Hello Antonio,

Unfortunately, this is by design and cannot be considered a bug. This problem can be seen in other remote software too. See, for example, this thread.
