command line handle problem

RMS Viewer 6.10.3.0 probably have find bug...
When try open connection through cmdline (rutview.exe /VIEWONLY /ID:xxxx)
opens Windown NT Authorization window. After submit credential connection window didn't open,
but host icon in list become green (credential accept).
And if repeat command again, then connection window open (because do not need input authorization info again)
In previous version all work fine.

This situation happen only at cmdline call. If click on host in main window list, all working good.
It is bug, am I right?

Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the problem in our testing laboratory.
