Hi, so I'm having trouble being able to connect to a host. The viewer keeps popping up saying the host is on-line, and the icon is blue on the PC but when I try to connect it fails to initialize authorization processes. I'm also using my own server not the default RU server.
I made sure the host, viewer, and server are all up-to-date. I have forwarded the port (I set a custom port to 19101) and I can see the port is open from outside my network. I made firewall rules to allow traffic on that port on the host, server, and viewer (all Windows 7 PC's). I also made a firewall rule on my router to allow traffic. I also made sure to add exceptions to Avast antivirus to not block anything. I used the MSI configurator to make the install of the host, and I remade it about 10 times already making sure the server name was spelled right, and it had the right port and authorization settings, but nothing seems to work.
Here's some of the Viewer event log:
13-04-2019__00:49:55__616 CheckID Connection. After process message. Host "rambostechworld.ddns.net:19101". MsgCode: 10

On the host log, the last entry is just connection established.

Hello Rambo,
Thank you for your message.
We just released a new version of Remote Utilities where we implemented some fixes to our servers and fixed an issue with RU Server which used to cause client authorization to drop.
Please, try updating Host, Viewer and Server to the most recent version and see if this resolves the issue. You can download it on this page: https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/
Please let me know if the problem persists.
