Viewer is not working anymore after upgrade to latest version.
Uninstalled the viewer
Reinstalled the viewer
same situation
Portable version still works

Thank you for your message.

This error happens when you return/downgrade to an older version. Please try cleaning up your installation and then install Viewer from scratch. Here is a complete uninstall guide https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/installing-and-uninstalling/#uninstall-viewer

i was able to uninstall the Viewer and re-install from scratch. It works now.

Strange , all this happened during a normal upgrade of the Viewer....
