Hi. Check the desktop configuration:
Viewer 5.6.0.3 Windows XP SP3 <-> Agent!!! 5.6.0.3 Admin/User Windows 8 x64.

No worked mode desktop!!!

No worked "Full control", "View only":
Viewer 5.6.0.3 (Windows XP) <-> Host 5.6.0.3 (Windows 8.1)

Fix a bug please.

Robert,

If only Full Control and View only modes are not working, try to reboot the remote PC (the one where the Host is installed). Try to connect in one of those modes after the reboot.

Bug looking (Windows 8.1), Viewer -> "Properties", "Color and CPU", 15 bits (32676 colors) -> connected Host (Windows 8.1) = error. Please fixed.

Hm. Perhaps it's just hard to say from here what exactly is the problem until we see that with our own eyes. Are you available for a support session? We could connect to your Viewer PC (just install the Host on it) and then try to diagnose the issue by trying to connect from your Viewer to the Windows 8.1 Host.
