Unknown error when saving MSI

When I made the first post. Last night around Jul 15, 2019 9:51:58 pm EDT. It was about 10-15 minutes before that. I started to Google after my 5th or 6th fail.

I have tried again tonight. Your server outage must have been the issue. I was able to make a package tonight. As a suggestion for lessons learned, take a play out of the play book of other companies and make a status page. That way we can see services that are interrupted or under maintenance so we don't have to assume the worst.
