Unable to See Administrator Prompt

I recently had to help an employee with his computer.
He had to enter the admin credentials (like when you install a software as --> Run as Administrator).

I was unable to help him because although that prompt was loaded (see screengrab), I on my end could not see it. I was also unable to move the mouse as everything was blocked. It felt like I was "behind" that username/password prompt.

Is it possible to enter the username/password when I use Remote Utilities or this feature not available?

Thank you for your message.

Do you use Host or Agent on the remote computer. You can see the difference between them in this section:

https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/about-remote-utilities/

Please, note that by default the Agent won't allow you to perform admin-level tasks on the remote computer. You should restart Agent as administrator for that. Alternatively, you can use Host.
