I have one setup with the latest viewer (6.10.10) and the host has the same version.
Printing shows the dialog, previews the pages, and sends to the remote printer. It appears to work until the pages come out. When they come out they are blank.
There is another post in here from 2017 with the same issue - but the thread does not contain a solution, if one was found.

Hello Steve,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please clarify if I'm right in assuming that you're trying to print a remote file on a local printer? If this is the case, could you please double-check that you have the virtual printer driver installed on the remote Host machine? In case if it is installed, the Remote Utilities printer should be listed in the device manager on the Host machine, this is how it might look like:
You can also check it in the Settings for Host, on the Driver tab. In case if the driver is not installed, you can install it right away by clicking the corresponding Install button:
If you mean something else, please elaborate a bit more on the issue.
Looking forward to your reply.

Polina,
Everything is installed, and everything works - up until you click print in the remote utilities viewer.
After clicking print, the local computer print queue receives the job, and prints - but the pages are blank.

Hello Steve,
Thank you for your patience.
I checked with our developers on the issue. Could you please let me know what software do you use when printing the documents?
Looking forward to your reply.
