Hi.
I need to reinstall my RU server (server and IP upgrade, public hostname remains)
What do I have to do regarding clients with RU host installed?
Are the hosts connected by some kind of certificates or similar, sp they wont accept connecting to my reinstalled RU server?
Thanks, Jan

Hi Conrad.
Thank you for the attention.
I am still a bit uncertain if my hosts are bound to my RU server by public/private keys or similar.
I only use pincode + single password, so as far as I can understand I should be able to change my RU server if I import the MiniInternetId registry key on my new server?
Thanks, Jan

Hello Jan,
You are absolutely right. You need to import the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Usoris\Remote Utilities\MiniInternetId registry key as well as the Data, Logs and Stats folders from the Server installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Server\.
Please let us know if you have more questions.
