I have a Windows 10 machine, I downloaded your trial version mid last week to test and was able to configure both host and viewer.  For the last couple of days I have been able to access the host machine via the viewer  (bit slower than I would have expected).  However today the viewer opens with an error - your report below:

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the error pops up as soon as I open the viewer, not when I try to connect to the host - I cannot even see the host connection and the only way to close the viewer is via Task Manager.
