Cannot see Taskbar

Support level: Free or trial
As you can see in the attached image the taskbar is not available.  I tried resizing the viewer window so I could get a sccroll bar to scroll down and I can't scroll down far enough to see it.
I tried enabling Capture alpha-blending windows and that also didn't fix it.

One thing to note is that using RDP allows me to see the taskbar

Please, try enabling the "capture alpha blending option" in connection properties:

In this case please try restarting the remote computer if you haven't done that after Host installation.
