I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling including the methods on this knowledge base. I have tried running the windows tool also suggested somewhere in the knowledge base. i have added the folder to the anti virus exception list. I even tired the beta version. I still cannot get it to start. It was working fine and then just errorred out of nowhere and i havent been able to get it going again.

What is going on? Did a windows update break it?
