Hello,
When trying to install the remote printer driver, I get Error #193 and a message to contact support.
I have not found any logs in the event viewer for the error.
So far i have tried the following:
-boot into safe mode
-Uninstall / delete registry key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Usoris\Remote Utilities Host\ / reboot / reinstall ( i get error #193 when installing with remote printer option checked)
-run install as admin
-disabled AV / firewall
Host:
- windows 10 home 64bit OS version 1909 build 18363.900
-windows defender
-Remote Utilities Host version 6.10.10.0
Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hello Alex,
Thank you for your message.
I've checked with our developers on the issue - the 193 error means that some Printer Driver related library or an exe file was somehow corrupted, perhaps, by some antivirus software activity. You might try checking the antivirus log files to see if there are any entries that might point to the issue.
Could you please try installing the latest 6.12 Beta 2 version instead and see if the printer driver issue persists? The 6.12 Beta 2 version is available for the download on this page.
Please let us know if the issue persists when installing the 6.12 Beta 2 version as well.
