Windows Security Authorization error

Customised agent was loaded on user's domain laptop while on premise and I was able to connect to it with my domain credentials that were pre-configured into the agent under Windows Security.
However, once user is at home and not connected to domain, I am not able to connect to the agent as I would encounter "Windows Security Authorization error", even after entering my domain credentials when prompted.
As authorisation method was set to auto, I wasn't able to switch to single password.

Agent: 6.10 customised with Windows security
Viewer: 6.10
Server: 2.7

You should change the Auto to Single Password if you want to override the default program sequence:
