Poor performance on 7.0, 6.0 was just fine.

Enviroment:
RUT Self-hosted server, upgraded to 3.0.(public+private IP) (172.16.6.x, 67.x.x.x) public
RUT Viewer, on my machine (private ip, 192.168.69.x with a VPN to the RUT server on a different subnet)
RUT Agents upgraded on client machines.

When trying to connect, the viewer "Logs on"... I see the desktop thumbnail in Viewer, but it just "Connecting to (UserPC)......." and nothing.

Additionally, now when I'm trying to login to some of them "Custom Security Authorization Error".

I wasn't able to find useful logfiles on the server, which concerns me especially with authentication errors....

Hello Adam,

Thank you for your feedback.

You should update to v 7.0.0.1 released a couple of hours ago. In the initial 7.0.0.0 release there was a bug that caused connection drops every minute or two.

No need to update the server though. Just Viewers and Hosts.

I did before I posted this, so, I'm on 7.0.0.1 on my viewer and the hosts that would sign in (excl. the three that won't sign in because of Custom Server Security Issues?)

I pulled host logs and I'm not seeing anything weird.

Hello Adam,

Additionally, now when I'm trying to login to some of them "Custom Security Authorization Error".

We could use a screenshot of the error message. Could you provide it (or send to support@remoteutilities.com if there's any private info).

Thanks.
