Before I updated to 7.0 everything worked great connecting between 2 Windows 10 PC's.
But after updating to 7.0 if the remote PC has not been active for awhile and the monitor is in sleep mode, I can't connect.
If I move the mouse on the remote PC which turns on the monitor, then I can connect to the remote PC immediately.
I confirmed the remote PC "never" sleeps in Power Settings. The only thing I se t is for the monitor to go off after 5 minutes - but it was like that before I upgraded and everything worked fine back then.
This is a known issue that will be fixed in the upcoming version 7.0.0.2 which due this week. Meanwhile please try the following workaround: While in the Full Control window right-click on the tab with the connection and use the Send key command (e.g. send Alt + PrtScr): This should unlock the remote screen, so you'd be able to connect.
