Is there a way to get an email everytime the agent will be executed? As I can see, the email will only send once the agent starts the first time.

Hello H E,

Thank you for your message.

When an email message is sent a 'flag' is set in Agent settings in the Windows registry. Re-sending a message each time you run Agent on that machine doesn't make sense because the Internet-ID code and authentication settings do not change.

If you wipe the Agent registry entry and run Agent anew - the settings will change and email message will be sent again because no 'sent' flag is set yet.

Hope that helps.

we have several customers that only need once a year support. So we will delete the id after support session. When the customer will call us one year later, it would be great to get a new mail. To cleanup the registry after every support is no option.

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, there is no such feature in Remote Utilities that can generate an email each time you run Agent. The only way to trigger an email if it was previously sent from this machine is to remove the Agent's registry key entry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Usoris\Remote Utilities.
Sorry if this makes the program less useful for you.

Let us know if you have other questions.

Would be very great if you’ll implement an option in msi generator to ignore this key.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion.

We already have similar features in our wishlist that will allow generating new Internet-ID and password for Agents each time when a user runs Agent. However, I'll forward this feature request to our development department for a review to see if we can add it in our future updates.

Let us know if you have other questions.
