power control, wol, mac address

power control, wol, mac address, stays grey, cannot fill out while connected to the remote pc.
Using windows 8.1 here. Probably simple question from a remote utilities newbee

Are you connecting using an Internet ID or an IP address?

Thanks for reacting Conrad! Issue is solved. The mac adress gets filled automaticly. Leaving out the ':' between the numbers confused me probably.
