hello, i am a long time free user and just today i decided to become a paid customer.
as an aside, the rdp over internet is the main reason i purchased the your software., great feature.

my feature request is to have a link that always points to the latest host and agents.
so that i can email the link to a customer or quickly speak to them on the phone.

as of now, i have to tell the customer to goto your website, click download, click windows, click download host and get a lame dropdownbox, and tell customer which of the three links to select.

if i want to email customer a link, it would look like
https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/host6.10.exe

you need to add a link such as WITHOUT the version for the lastet version and a SHORT url such as
rut.com/host
and
rut.com/agent

thanks,
david

Hello, David

Thank you for your message.

These permalinks already exist for all the main program modules. Here they are:

https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/host/
https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/agent/
https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/viewer/
https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/server/

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello Christian,

Thank you for your message and sorry for the late reply.

Yes, we will generate these links for Viewer for Mac and Linux. As for the iOS/Android - it's better to download the apps directly from the AppStore and Google Play, depending on your device. We will notify you when the links for Mac/Linux are available.

Please let us know if you have more questions.
