keep getting logged out of forum

hello,
i keep geting logged out of the forum after a short period of time.
is this a bug in the forum software or what?

Hello David,

You shouldn't be logged out from the site. Perhaps, it's something with the cookies in your browser. Make sure that you allow cookies from *.remoteutilities.com to be stored on your computer.

i am still getting logged out.
at first, i thought that perhaps my firefox ad blockers might be causing a problem but i am always logged into 8+ websites 24x7. some sites do auto-log out users after a period of inactivity.
so i disabled all blockers for your website and i still get auto-logged out.
then i tried microsoft edge, which has no blockers or addons, and i am still getting auto-logged out.

Also , please make sure that you enable "Remember me on this computer" check box when you log in.

normally, i never enable 'remember me' but on this forum it seems to be working.
but that is not important.

more importantly, i posted to the forum and opened a ticket about RU modifying the .rdp before connection.
please, can you help me with that post and ticket but for so far no repsonse?
