Hi folks,
has there been any progress on this feature of "Switching sides".
I too would like the facility to permit the host being supported by me, to access my machine at times during the support session.

hi,

we are thinking to use remote utilities, but this feature is a need. without it, we need to keep using another app... and so there is no interest to switch to remote utilities for now.

If you have an ETA it would be really great !
