Cannot get a free license key through online generator

Firstly, I tried to get a free license key through viewer but failed. The knowledge based showed the alternative to get one through online generator. Unfortunately, the online generator keeps telling me "The following required fields are left blank: I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" after clicking the submit button, no matter whether I've check the item or not. I've tried both Firefox and IE. Any ideas? Thanks.

Please, do not post license keys in a public thread. Regarding the activation problem, please refer to this KB article. Try the solutions listed on that page in the order they are listed.
