No Key Received

I requested a free key yesterday but have not received an email with the key. I tried again today but no email. I have checked my "Junk Email" folder.
I registered for this forum and received the link to confirm immediately so there is no problem receiving email from you to my hotmail account.

Our mailsender server works as normal. Perhaps the message couldn't be delivered for some reason or the remote mail server was unreachable. Please, try using another email address to get your free license key.
