iPad external Bluetooth Keyboard

Earlier today I installed Remote utilities for one of my clients on his iPad and one of the work computers.  He is reporting that he is unable to type with the external bluetooth keyboard connected to the iPad.  Is this expected at this time, or is troubleshooting required?

iPad app version 11.15
Windows app version 6.5.0.8 running as Host

Also, I am running Android 6.0.1 tablet with blue tooth mouse. RU does not recognize the mouse.
Host is Windows 8.1. Are there special install techniques for blue tooth devices?

Hello Gary,

Thank you for your message. Please, try enabling "Use legacy capture mode" in the Host settings, restart the Host and see if the issue persists.

I enabled the Use legacy capture mode and now I can grab the RU cursor and move it around by holding down the left mouse button, but it will not stay attached to the RU cursor once you release the left button.
