Hello Clare,
Thank you for your message.
From looking at the screenshot I can assume that you have DPI/scaling settings different from the default ones. I mean Windows Control Panel -> Display settings.
Is that the case?

I have the same problem as Clare. I'm using Viewer version 6.9.4.0. Trying to connect with remote PC which is running Agent on Windows 10. Skype is running as the communication link between users, and to inform me of the Internet-ID and password generated by Agent. The connection requested is Internet-ID. I can enter the connection Name OK and also the 12 figure ID number (including the hyphens between the number groups). However when the password request box appears, there is no field to enter the password. Hence no connection possible.
My PC is a Microsoft Surface Pro 4, running latest Windows 10 (1809 build 134). Display is the recommended 2736 x 1824.
There didn't appear to be any conclusion to Clare's question so any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your message. The "Override DPI scaling" solution described in this thread should help.
I will close this topic because initially it was about the password prompt in the iOS version. For Windows-related questions please post in the Windows version forum.
Thanks.
