Hi,
Windows Viewer 7.1.7.0
Windows Host 7.1.7.0
Android Viewer 7.1.7.0 m12.4.1 x64

Windows viewer connects to the host over the internet using the default RU server
Android viewer goes to Authorization page asking for Password
It is not possible to enter the password as
Preparing... is displayed at the bottom of the screen with a green rotating arc
After 12seconds the screen reverts to the Connections page

Error log states
12-02-2023_14:14:46_645 Method "Connect" - OK. HostCaption connected to ID server: xxx.xxx.xx.xxx
12-02-2023_14:14:58_295 Connection to "HostCaption" failed.

I have tried the following:
turned off IPv6 on windows viewer and host
turned on Use legacy capture mode on the host

Android app will not connect

Any help/guidance would be much appreciated.
