Hi! Remote Utilities is a great tool, but unfortunately viewer doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy SIII mini phone (model number GT-I8200, Android 4.2.2). Application shows logo screen for 2 seconds and then exits without any messages.

Hello Michael,
Thank you for your message.
Does restarting the device or re-installing the software from Play store work?

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately, we can't help with this because apparently this has something to do with the underlying IDE /environment that we to build the Android app. I recommend you waiting till the next update of Android app.

Hello Michael,
We will try to reproduce the issue but there is a good chance that this issue is caused by the framework/IDE that we use. We will try to determine if that's the case.
Thank you.
