ERROR Unable to open file connections_4.xml

Hi,

ive been using android app for two days and today when i closed the app and opened it again all saved connections were gone so i closed the app and opened it again and it showed this time an error message which you can see...
Please let me know what to do in order to get it working again?

I am using Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 phone.

Hello Lukas,

From what you describe it looks like the connections file is corrupted. Perhaps, the best option would be to re-install the software and recreate the file.

did that, but it happened right after instalation again.

Unfortunately, it's very unclear why this problem may arise and there is so far a single report of it. We will be updating our mobile app quite soon and see if this eliminates the issue.
