Use the App to control touch based application

Hi,

I'm using RU in order to manage a PLC based on windows that runs an application that automatically hide the mouse and works through touch inputs on display. When I log into this target PC through another PC I'm able to use the mouse in order to do required actions (eg. press a button), since the mouse of controlling PC is always visible. When I try to control through the app on Android smartphone/tablet, I cannot do any action since the mouse is not visible. I've also tried to enable touch visibility on android developer options but is useless. Any suggestion?

Hello Nunzio,

Thank you for your message. This problem is similar to the one described in this thread. Please, try enabling "Turn on mouse keys' in Windows settings and see if it helps fix the problem.
