Follow these steps to unregister the Host:

Right-click on a connection thumbnail->Register remote host->Unregister->OK->OK

Please note, that you will not be able to register this Host with the same license key for 7 days after unregistering. This is done for preventing the abuse.

There is a limit on file transfer size per session for a free-license users. It is dynamic and depends on many factors.

Uninstalling Windows also removes the Host licence. Basically, this is the same thing as unregistration.

For your purposes you can use different terminal sessions. But you need to have terminal server running on this machine to be able to run two (or more) sessions simultaneously.

On the Full Control mode toolbar you can switch between terminal sessions.

Could you please send me both Host and Viewer log files after one of these disconnects.

Here is how you can enable event log in Viewer:
Tools -> Options -> Event log -> check Use event log and Store to disk checkboxes.
Then you can find log file in your %AppData%\Remote Utilities Files\EventLog\ directory.

This is a known issue and we will try to fix it. But let me ask, why do you want to use Internet-ID if you have the opportunity to use direct connection? And why do you need to automatically generate ID if you can do it manually?
