In the remote registry viewer, can you add the ability to enter a full pathname to go to, rather than having to navigate the tree branch by branch.  For example, I have used Regedit.exe to find a path on my PC, then I can copy the full reg path to the clipboard.  Then on the remote PC, I want to jump straight to that registry location, eg. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\­Run.
To enter a full path into the viewer, either have a typable text box at the top (like Regedit.exe) or a menu entry Go To which lets you type in a path.

Mine has just come online again this minute, as in, I can connect using internet to remote hosts. However the ping still times out. Am in New Zealand.

Can we split the two factor authentication requirement to apply only to Internet-ID connections verse Direct.
ie. if I am connecting using Direct method, I don't need 2FA as its all within my network. However when a connection request comes via Internet-ID, it may well be coming from outside of my network and in that case, I do want 2FA.

I'd like to see the option when connecting the viewer to a host to automatically set the default printer on the host to Remote Utilities Printer (assuming the driver has been installed).
This would be a connection property, that could be set per connection, and saved in my connections address book.
When making the remote connection, the host default printer would be set to Remote Utilities Printer so all printouts by default are sent to the viewers machine.  When disconnecting from the host, its default printer would be returned to whatever printer was set as its default originally.

I have cases where users remote view their desktops, but as a technician, I sometimes want to connect to those desktops to apply technical changes etc. It does not appear there is any way for me to detect that they are already remotely viewing at the time, so I find I have to sit and wait for 30 secs to see if the screen changes (by them). It would be handy if there was some way to tell there was already a viewer on that host.
Its probably only an issue where I am trying to connect with Full Control.
There could be several ways of making this known.
1. when making a view connection request, pop up to say someone is already viewing and do you want to view simultaneously.
2. on the view window title bar show the connection count, and maybe apply color to indicate more than one.
3. the address book icons show orange (online), green (logged on), maybe change icon to show connection in progress by making it blue or adding an arrow etc.

+1 for this option, it would be great.
I see from a 2015 post (message2363) you said you would be adding it soon, so I guess its still coming :)

In the file transfer window, there is a hotlist button on both the local & remote sides of the window. This means I could have an entry to some dir on my local PC, but if I select that entry on the remote side, of course it doesn't find that path on the remote PC. So there should be different hotlists for the local computer and the remotes.

Ideally, the remote side, it would in fact have different hotlists for each remote. For example, I have an entry C:\Users\Fred\MyDocs & C:\Users\Jane\MyDocs.  As you can see, it depends on which remote I am viewing as to whether either of those entries goes anywhere.
