I urgently need the viewer ver 6.10.9 but on the website, older version page, I can find only 6.10.10.

yes, guess it is a PC issue
on another PC it just happens that the remote host was correctly uninstalled but the installation of the new version never started...
I will check if something disturbs...

Hi all,
when I try to run "file transfer" n my remote host I get the error:
"unable to open directory"

lots of attempts but no way to get it

no problem with all the other features, only this one struggling me now...

Hi all, a little update:

I have tried right now to upgrade a remote host.
I have seen that the service "remote utilities - host" (automatic), during the upgrade, had been uninstalled and installed again (automatic as well).
But it has never been  started: it stays stopped.

I guess I'm making some mistake but I dont know where.

I simply launch, from the viewer, the "simple update" feature...

Maybe some settings to touch?

Hi all,
I'm updating my remote host from the viewer dashboard but, after the acknowledge of upgrading starting, my host does not restart by itself
I have waited 10 minutes t but still it isnt started yet
is there some flag to be settled in the host settings?

Hi all,
I installed the android version of the RU viewer but I realize that it hasn't all the functionalities that I get on the desktop version: only view, file transfer, task manager, etc...
I only see the "full control" mode.
Is it or I have to install a specific app/plugin/else?
