Hi all,
I have one host PC currently online but when I try to logon, or to access in any way, my viewer gets me the "unable to connect" message.

Suddenly later the host PC goes offline and after one second it returns online.

Both viewer and host have exactly the same rut version.

No way to exit this loop...what can it be?

are you sure?
I've just tested and it seems something different.
Maybe the user that registered the OS?

Hi all,
I see that I can hide the "host" tray icon menu.
But, is there a way to remove that icon (not only the menu) from the system tray, without affecting the functionalities?

Hi Polina and David.
It works fine!
after the upgrading the host  to the same version (7.0.0.1) of the viewer, everything is fine.

I set:

• "blank the host's screen" property in the viewer "settings -> Additional properties" of the selected host
  
•  "Use legacy capture mode" property in the host "settings -> Other" tab (then restart the host)

I just upgraded the host to version 7.0.0.1 and enabled Use legacy capture mode.
When I connect (full or readonly) I don't see any change in the behavior respect to "normal" one.

what exactly means that  "blank the host's screen" property?
what should happen?

on my viewer dashboard I set and tick the property:

blank the host's screen

of my host (see the picture attached), but when I connect I do not see any change in the behavior respect before...

maybe I misunderstand, what exactly means that property?
