[Resolved] Two Display to Two Display Connection?

Is it possible to connect to have a two display to two display remote connection? I understand there may be a workaround with a double log in. Other than that, is it possible?

Thank you for your reply and following up. I just updated the viewer on the PC to the latest version and the error is gone.

I get the error when using viewer to go on a host computer and trying to copy and past onto the host computer. The only work-around is right clicking and using the copy command, however Ctrl-C does not work. Please help thank you!

I used to be able to copy and paste using the ctrl-c & ctrl-v commands. I now get the message below. Other than right clicking for the copy and paste feature, please advise if it's possible to get back the ctrl-c, ctrl-v.

How to get WOL to restart RU Host on remote computer

I am using RU 6.10.10.0 on Windows 10 computers. At times the host stops running and i cannot connect with the remote computer. I tried clicking on the WOL option and nothing happens. Is there a way to fix this? or to remotely restart the computer if this doesn't work?

Thank you Conrad. I updated the RU on both computers and it still stutters.
BTW i tried uploading a 2 second 3 mb mp4 video clip and it couldn't save.

Thank you for your reply. Allow me to clarify that I am not viewing a video remotely. I am controling a host computer where people are watching a powerpoint presentation including videos. The video is stuttering on the host computer when controled by RU. Any ideas?

I am using RU 6.8.0.1 on Windows 10 (btw the later version is blocked by Norton - showing up as containing a virus and doesn't allow tablets to save passwords). I am using RU to remotely control a large viewing computer and when using the RU the videos on that host computer stutter. If i run the same video without RU they do not stutter.
Any ideas??
