Host 6.9 Windows XP issue

Hello again,

yes I was using Internet-ID connection, but tried both ways and neither established connection.

Meanwhile, I had the logs disabled. Before I enabled them I gave another shot and uninstalled RU again, cleaned temp files and reinstalled RU on 1 of the XP machines. It's working now.

I'll try to do the same to the others, but I find a bit strange that this happened only on XP machines, and always after upgrading to 6.9

Anyway, thank you for the support! :)

Hello there team,
since I updated the XP machines (either by removing older version and then installing new one, or updating through the Viewer) the clients always appear Offline and can't connect to them.

On the clients, everything seems starting ok.

Is there any known issue and/or any workaround?

Sorry for the confusion.
My machine (a simple laptop) has the Viewer.
The machine with the Dual Monitor has the Host.

(So, this happens on the Host)

Hello there,
I've been having a particular issue with a machine that has 2 monitores and 1 of them has touch screen.
(This machine has RU since version 6.5, and always had this issue).

Everytime I install RU, a few minutes later something odd happens.
When I touch the screen of the monitor with touch screen, the cursor actually clicks on the same coordinate of the other monitor (making it unpractical to use).

After messing around with the display and touch settings and reboot the machine, it stays fine for 1h or 2, and then it happens again untill I uninstall it.

Do you know anything about this? Could it be the monitor driver?
Take care and continue a fantastic work.
