Hello Stephen,

Thank you for the clarification.

This “Sign in” button is meant to sign in to the RU Server, so you would only need to use it if you have the RU Server authentication set up on your remote Host.
Please try right-clicking the target Host in the address book and selecting Log on or selecting the Full Control connection mode in the toolbar and double-clicking your Host s described here.

where can I find viewer ver. 6.10.9 (for windows)?

Unfortunately, we don’t distribute version 6.10.9.0. However, version 6.10.10.0 is readily available for download on this page.

Could you please verify if you’re signing in to the remote Host by right-clicking the Host in the address book and selecting Log on item from the dropdown menu or if you’re selecting the Sign in button in Viewer's upper right corner?

Could you please try switching your Linux system from Wayland display server catalogue to x11 (Xorg) and see if this might help to resolve the issue?

RU Server AD sync

Thank you for your message.

Do you mean synchronizing your AD tree into  your RU Server address book? If this is the case, you can set up automated sync, so that RU Server automatically imports your AD computers according to set schedule. You can follow this guide to set up the automatic sync.
If you mean something else, please let us know.
