Unfortunately, for now a feature that would notify a tech when disconnect occurs is yet to be implemented. However, if disconnection occurs when using Viewer for Windows, then Viewer tries reconnecting to the remote Host and then does notify the tech about connection being interrupted. Therefore, since such feature is already available in Viewer for Windows, we definitely plan to implement it in future updates of Viewer for both Mac and Linux. Thank you for your feedback.Does Remote Utility have any way to detect if the connection drops, and perhaps toss up a warning box? I would rather have the window pop up with a disconnection notice than to think that I am still properly connected.
Please let us know if you have other questions.

Hello Christian,
Thank you for your message.
1. When connected to remote Host in Full Control mode hover the mouse cursor over the the top edge of the connection window to reveal the Toolbar.
2. On the Toolbar click the last icon with three dots to invoke a drop-down menu and select Stretch view.
3. Alternatively, in the Viewer main window right-click on the remote connection and select Properties, then navigate to the Remote Screen mode tab and set the view mode to Stretch.
Hope that helps.

Actually, this feature is already available in Viewer for Mac/Linux. In order to shrink the connection window, please do the following:Would it be possible to shrink the text down, so that I may reclaim more screen space?
