How to suppress Disclaimer on Agent

Hello Rolf,

Thank you for your message.

This notification window was added as a security measure to notify the user that an Agent is running on their computer. The only way it can be disabled is by turning off the Disable Internet-ID and callback connections feature located in the Agent Settings -> Other Settings which restricts Agent/Host to accepting direct connection only.

Unfortunately, the Host’s “last seen online” data is not available in the logs yet. However, we do have it in our roadmap and, hopefully, will be able to implement it in the nearest future.

Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature and see if this helps to resolve the issue? After enabling the feature, please make sure to restart Host to apply the changes.

If you’re already using the latest version of Remote Utilities 7.6.2.0,  could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other settings? After enabling the feature, please restart your Host to apply the changes.
