Please note that Remote Utilities already offers this feature - you can find it as the Voice and Video Chat connection mode. This connection mode allows a tech to talk and/or listen to the remote user.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer private alpha-testing. However, as soon as a beta version is available for testing, we usually offer it for open public beta testing on our website which is available to all our users. For example, currently we have a beta version of Viewer for Mac/Linux and alpha version of Host for Linux available for preview/testing.

As for the Windows XP compatibility - all our modules are currently supported for Windows XP - you can find the exact system requirements for each module on our Download page by selecting the System requirements button.

Do you mean that the Screen Recording process re-writes the existing screen recordings from a previous day when the remote Host machine is not restarted, but hibernated instead? If this is the case, I'll forward the issue to our developers to see if we're able to reproduce this in our environment and, if so, implement a fix for this behavior in our future updates.
