Could you please elaborate on this issue. Do you mean that when you run two simultaneous remote sessions (and connect to two different remote computers) you cannot copy text from your Viewer computer to either of the remote computers?

There is a system limitation of 256. We will still verify if this limitation still applies at different dpi settings though.

Hello Pepa,

We would appreciate it if you first try to replicate the error in a virtual environment. Given the non-typical scenario this would take us ages to reproduce it in our laboratory especially given the fact that other RU (and Edge) users did not report this issue.

these host are direct (connecting via local IP)

If you use direct connection the performance and speed should be near instant (real time). If upgrading to the new version caused such decrease in performance - especially when direct connection is used - we would have been reported that immediately including here on the forum.

Please, send us your Host logs for examination. Also, make sure that you upgraded the Viewer as well and restarted your remote Host PCs after the installation . If you cannot restart the entire Host PCs try restarting the Hosts only.

Hello Max,

Please, make sure that you have the same version (the latest one) on both ends, Viewer and Host. If you do, then these issues may occur if the Host is temporarily briefly offline (which is not immediately reflected by its status in the address book since there's a status check with 1-minute interval).

Agent Upgrade changes Internet ID

Well, this is ok, but I don't see the real reason why should Internet ID change at every upgrade.
This causes unnecessary problems and it is no need to be so.

Please try downloading and running a vanilla Agent - this way the settings from your custom Agent will be picked up when running a newly downloaded vanilla Agent.
