I am trying to move a connection in the viewer to the address book. This always worked before the update.

I can no longer move a connection in the address book over Drag&Drop...

Viewer Version 7.6.2.0
Server Version 3.4.3.0
OS: Windows

Dialog cannot be moved or terminated.

Remote utilities has been installed. This software can be used to access your computer remotely.

This dialog cannot be closed. The display window cannot be moved either.

Installed version: 7.5.1.0

Is there a workaround here?

I need some kind of documentation for the sessions that enables me to call up bullet points and / or documents for remote maintenance directly in the client. That should be possible for every customer or for every connection. We are currently using our cloud to save documents on the customer / client that are relevant for remote maintenance, such as the configuration, passwords, etc. of the client computer on which we have to carry out maintenance. See Appendix. I imagine it to be like this or something like that.

Hi.

Is it possible to add a new function to the viewer that allows, for example, written documentation / document management of sessions to the individual client? At the moment we always have to open our directories / documents to the client manually before we can start the support properly.

Unfortunately, the comment column cannot be used either, as it cannot be edited.

Restore ruserver adress book

I restored the files in the "..\AppData\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files" directory. These are also displayed in the viewer, but there are no address books in the ruserver.

Hello. I have a new computer and I installed the ruserver on it. How can I import / restore the address books from my old ruserver to the new ruserver?

I deleted the "old" address books, after which the address server was recognized again and the address books were synchronized again.

As of today I have a problem with the cloud address books version 7.00.3. I can log in as normal, but the address book server cannot be reached or is offline !?

"Action cannot be carried out. The synchronization server is unreachable or offline."

How can I persuade the address book server to work together?
